11:105
يَوْمَ يَأْتِ لَا تَكَلَّمُ نَفْسٌ إِلَّا بِ إِذْنِ هِۦ فَ مِنْ هُمْ شَقِىٌّ وَ سَعِيدٌ
The Day it comes no soul will speak except by His permission. And among them will be the wretched and the prosperous.
24:16
وَ لَوْلَآ إِذْ سَمِعْ تُمُو هُ قُلْ تُم مَّا يَكُونُ لَ نَآ أَن نَّتَكَلَّمَ بِ هَٰذَا سُبْحَٰنَ كَ هَٰذَا بُهْتَٰنٌ عَظِيمٌ
And why, when you heard it, did you not say, "It is not for us to speak of this. Exalted are You, [O Allah]; this is a great slander"?
30:35
أَمْ أَنزَلْ نَا عَلَيْ هِمْ سُلْطَٰنًا فَ هُوَ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِ مَا كَانُ وا۟ بِ هِۦ يُشْرِكُ ونَ
Or have We sent down to them an authority, and it speaks of what they were associating with Him?
78:38
يَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱل رُّوحُ وَ ٱلْ مَلَٰٓئِكَةُ صَفًّا لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُ ونَ إِلَّا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَ هُ ٱل رَّحْمَٰنُ وَ قَالَ صَوَابًا
The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand in rows, they will not speak except for one whom the Most Merciful permits, and he will say what is correct.
