17:59
وَ مَا مَنَعَ نَآ أَن نُّرْسِلَ بِ ٱلْ ءَايَٰتِ إِلَّآ أَن كَذَّبَ بِ هَا ٱلْ أَوَّلُونَ وَ ءَاتَيْ نَا ثَمُودَ ٱل نَّاقَةَ مُبْصِرَةً فَ ظَلَمُ وا۟ بِ هَا وَ مَا نُرْسِلُ بِ ٱلْ ءَايَٰتِ إِلَّا تَخْوِيفًا
And nothing has prevented Us from sending signs except that the former peoples denied them. And We gave Thamud the she-camel as a visible sign, but they wronged her. And We send not the signs except as a warning.
17:60
وَ إِذْ قُلْ نَا لَ كَ إِنَّ رَبَّ كَ أَحَاطَ بِ ٱل نَّاسِ وَ مَا جَعَلْ نَا ٱل رُّءْيَا ٱلَّتِىٓ أَرَيْ نَٰ كَ إِلَّا فِتْنَةً لِّ ل نَّاسِ وَ ٱل شَّجَرَةَ ٱلْ مَلْعُونَةَ فِى ٱلْ قُرْءَانِ وَ نُخَوِّفُ هُمْ فَ مَا يَزِيدُ هُمْ إِلَّا طُغْيَٰنًا كَبِيرًا
And [remember, O Muhammad], when We told you, "Indeed, your Lord has encompassed the people." And We did not make the sight which We showed you except as a trial for the people, as was the accursed tree [mentioned] in the Qur'an. And We threaten them, but it increases them not except in great transgression.
39:16
لَ هُم مِّن فَوْقِ هِمْ ظُلَلٌ مِّنَ ٱل نَّارِ وَ مِن تَحْتِ هِمْ ظُلَلٌ ذَٰلِكَ يُخَوِّفُ ٱللَّهُ بِ هِۦ عِبَادَ هُۥ يَٰ عِبَادِ فَ ٱتَّقُ و نِ
They will have canopies of fire above them and below them, canopies. By that Allah threatens His servants. O My servants, then fear Me.
39:36
أَ لَيْسَ ٱللَّهُ بِ كَافٍ عَبْدَ هُۥ وَ يُخَوِّفُ ونَ كَ بِ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن دُونِ هِۦ وَ مَن يُضْلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَ مَا لَ هُۥ مِنْ هَادٍ
Is not Allah sufficient for His Servant [Prophet Muhammad]? And [yet], they threaten you with those [they worship] other than Him. And whoever Allah leaves astray - for him there is no guide.
3:175
إِنَّ مَا ذَٰلِكُمُ ٱل شَّيْطَٰنُ يُخَوِّفُ أَوْلِيَآءَ هُۥ فَ لَا تَخَافُ و هُمْ وَ خَافُ و نِ إِن كُن تُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
That is only Satan who frightens [you] of his supporters. So fear them not, but fear Me, if you are [indeed] believers.
