أَ وَ مَن يُنَشَّؤُا۟ فِى ٱلْ حِلْيَةِ وَ هُوَ فِى ٱلْ خِصَامِ غَيْرُ مُبِينٍ

So is one brought up in ornaments while being during conflict unevident [attributed to Allah]?
