10:37
وَ مَا كَانَ هَٰذَا ٱلْ قُرْءَانُ أَن يُفْتَرَىٰ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَ لَٰكِن تَصْدِيقَ ٱلَّذِى بَيْنَ يَدَيْ هِ وَ تَفْصِيلَ ٱلْ كِتَٰبِ لَا رَيْبَ فِي هِ مِن رَّبِّ ٱلْ عَٰلَمِينَ
And it was not [possible] for this Qur'an to be produced by other than Allah, but [it is] a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of the [former] Scripture, about which there is no doubt, from the Lord of the worlds.
12:111
لَ قَدْ كَانَ فِى قَصَصِ هِمْ عِبْرَةٌ لِّ أُو۟لِى ٱلْ أَلْبَٰبِ مَا كَانَ حَدِيثًا يُفْتَرَىٰ وَ لَٰكِن تَصْدِيقَ ٱلَّذِى بَيْنَ يَدَيْ هِ وَ تَفْصِيلَ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ وَ هُدًى وَ رَحْمَةً لِّ قَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُ ونَ
There was certainly in their stories a lesson for those of understanding. Never was the Qur'an a narration invented, but a confirmation of what was before it and a detailed explanation of all things and guidance and mercy for a people who believe.
28:34
وَ أَخِ ى هَٰرُونُ هُوَ أَفْصَحُ مِنِّ ى لِسَانًا فَ أَرْسِلْ هُ مَعِ ىَ رِدْءًا يُصَدِّقُ نِىٓ إِنِّ ىٓ أَخَافُ أَن يُكَذِّبُ و نِ
And my brother Aaron is more fluent than me in tongue, so send him with me as support, verifying me. Indeed, I fear that they will deny me."
2:101
وَ لَمَّا جَآءَ هُمْ رَسُولٌ مِّنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ مُصَدِّقٌ لِّ مَا مَعَ هُمْ نَبَذَ فَرِيقٌ مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُ وا۟ ٱلْ كِتَٰبَ كِتَٰبَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَآءَ ظُهُورِ هِمْ كَأَنَّ هُمْ لَا يَعْلَمُ ونَ
And when a messenger from Allah came to them confirming that which was with them, a party of those who had been given the Scripture threw the Scripture of Allah behind their backs as if they did not know [what it contained].
2:41
وَ ءَامِنُ وا۟ بِ مَآ أَنزَلْ تُ مُصَدِّقًا لِّ مَا مَعَ كُمْ وَ لَا تَكُونُ وٓا۟ أَوَّلَ كَافِرٍۭ بِ هِۦ وَ لَا تَشْتَرُ وا۟ بِ ـَٔايَٰتِ ى ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا وَ إِيَّٰىَ فَ ٱتَّقُ و نِ
And believe in what I have sent down confirming that which is [already] with you, and be not the first to disbelieve in it. And do not exchange My signs for a small price, and fear [only] Me.
2:89
وَ لَمَّا جَآءَ هُمْ كِتَٰبٌ مِّنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ مُصَدِّقٌ لِّ مَا مَعَ هُمْ وَ كَانُ وا۟ مِن قَبْلُ يَسْتَفْتِحُ ونَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُ وا۟ فَ لَمَّا جَآءَ هُم مَّا عَرَفُ وا۟ كَفَرُ وا۟ بِ هِۦ فَ لَعْنَةُ ٱللَّهِ عَلَى ٱلْ كَٰفِرِينَ
And when there came to them a Book from Allah confirming that which was with them - although before they used to pray for victory against those who disbelieved - but [then] when there came to them that which they recognized, they disbelieved in it; so the curse of Allah will be upon the disbelievers.
2:91
وَ إِذَا قِيلَ لَ هُمْ ءَامِنُ وا۟ بِ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ قَالُ وا۟ نُؤْمِنُ بِ مَآ أُنزِلَ عَلَيْ نَا وَ يَكْفُرُ ونَ بِ مَا وَرَآءَ هُۥ وَ هُوَ ٱلْ حَقُّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّ مَا مَعَ هُمْ قُلْ فَ لِ مَ تَقْتُلُ ونَ أَنۢبِيَآءَ ٱللَّهِ مِن قَبْلُ إِن كُن تُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ
And when it is said to them, "Believe in what Allah has revealed," they say, "We believe [only] in what was revealed to us." And they disbelieve in what came after it, while it is the truth confirming that which is with them. Say, "Then why did you kill the prophets of Allah before, if you are [indeed] believers?"
2:97
قُلْ مَن كَانَ عَدُوًّا لِّ جِبْرِيلَ فَ إِنَّ هُۥ نَزَّلَ هُۥ عَلَىٰ قَلْبِ كَ بِ إِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ مُصَدِّقًا لِّ مَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ هِ وَ هُدًى وَ بُشْرَىٰ لِ لْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
Say, "Whoever is an enemy to Gabriel - it is [none but] he who has brought the Qur'an down upon your heart, [O Muhammad], by permission of Allah, confirming that which was before it and as guidance and good tidings for the believers."
34:20
وَ لَ قَدْ صَدَّقَ عَلَيْ هِمْ إِبْلِيسُ ظَنَّ هُۥ فَ ٱتَّبَعُ و هُ إِلَّا فَرِيقًا مِّنَ ٱلْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
And Iblees had already confirmed through them his assumption, so they followed him, except for a party of believers.
35:31
وَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَوْحَيْ نَآ إِلَيْ كَ مِنَ ٱلْ كِتَٰبِ هُوَ ٱلْ حَقُّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّ مَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ هِ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِ عِبَادِ هِۦ لَ خَبِيرٌۢ بَصِيرٌ
And that which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], of the Book is the truth, confirming what was before it. Indeed, Allah, of His servants, is Acquainted and Seeing.
37:105
قَدْ صَدَّقْ تَ ٱل رُّءْيَآ إِنَّ ا كَ ذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى ٱلْ مُحْسِنِينَ
You have fulfilled the vision." Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good.
37:37
بَلْ جَآءَ بِ ٱلْ حَقِّ وَ صَدَّقَ ٱلْ مُرْسَلِينَ
Rather, the Prophet has come with the truth and confirmed the [previous] messengers.
37:52
يَقُولُ أَ ءِنَّ كَ لَ مِنَ ٱلْ مُصَدِّقِينَ
Who would say, 'Are you indeed of those who believe
39:33
وَ ٱلَّذِى جَآءَ بِ ٱل صِّدْقِ وَ صَدَّقَ بِ هِۦٓ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْ مُتَّقُونَ
And the one who has brought the truth and [they who] believed in it - those are the righteous.
3:3
نَزَّلَ عَلَيْ كَ ٱلْ كِتَٰبَ بِ ٱلْ حَقِّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّ مَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ هِ وَ أَنزَلَ ٱل تَّوْرَىٰةَ وَ ٱلْ إِنجِيلَ
He has sent down upon you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming what was before it. And He revealed the Torah and the Gospel.
3:39
فَ نَادَتْ هُ ٱلْ مَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَ هُوَ قَآئِمٌ يُصَلِّى فِى ٱلْ مِحْرَابِ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُبَشِّرُ كَ بِ يَحْيَىٰ مُصَدِّقًۢا بِ كَلِمَةٍ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَ سَيِّدًا وَ حَصُورًا وَ نَبِيًّا مِّنَ ٱل صَّٰلِحِينَ
So the angels called him while he was standing in prayer in the chamber, "Indeed, Allah gives you good tidings of John, confirming a word from Allah and [who will be] honorable, abstaining [from women], and a prophet from among the righteous."
3:50
وَ مُصَدِّقًا لِّ مَا بَيْنَ يَدَىَّ مِنَ ٱل تَّوْرَىٰةِ وَ لِ أُحِلَّ لَ كُم بَعْضَ ٱلَّذِى حُرِّمَ عَلَيْ كُمْ وَ جِئْ تُ كُم بِ ـَٔايَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّ كُمْ فَ ٱتَّقُ وا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَ أَطِيعُ و نِ
And [I have come] confirming what was before me of the Torah and to make lawful for you some of what was forbidden to you. And I have come to you with a sign from your Lord, so fear Allah and obey me.
3:81
وَ إِذْ أَخَذَ ٱللَّهُ مِيثَٰقَ ٱل نَّبِيِّۦنَ لَ مَآ ءَاتَيْ تُ كُم مِّن كِتَٰبٍ وَ حِكْمَةٍ ثُمَّ جَآءَ كُمْ رَسُولٌ مُّصَدِّقٌ لِّ مَا مَعَ كُمْ لَ تُؤْمِنُ نَّ بِ هِۦ وَ لَ تَنصُرُ نَّ هُۥ قَالَ ءَ أَقْرَرْ تُمْ وَ أَخَذْ تُمْ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكُمْ إِصْرِ ى قَالُ وٓا۟ أَقْرَرْ نَا قَالَ فَ ٱشْهَدُ وا۟ وَ أَنَا۠ مَعَ كُم مِّنَ ٱل شَّٰهِدِينَ
And [recall, O People of the Scripture], when Allah took the covenant of the prophets, [saying], "Whatever I give you of the Scripture and wisdom and then there comes to you a messenger confirming what is with you, you [must] believe in him and support him." [Allah] said, "Have you acknowledged and taken upon that My commitment?" They said, "We have acknowledged it." He said, "Then bear witness, and I am with you among the witnesses."
46:12
وَ مِن قَبْلِ هِۦ كِتَٰبُ مُوسَىٰٓ إِمَامًا وَ رَحْمَةً وَ هَٰذَا كِتَٰبٌ مُّصَدِّقٌ لِّسَانًا عَرَبِيًّا لِّ يُنذِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُ وا۟ وَ بُشْرَىٰ لِ لْ مُحْسِنِينَ
And before it was the scripture of Moses to lead and as a mercy. And this is a confirming Book in an Arabic tongue to warn those who have wronged and as good tidings to the doers of good.
46:30
قَالُ وا۟ يَٰ قَوْمَ نَآ إِنَّ ا سَمِعْ نَا كِتَٰبًا أُنزِلَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مُوسَىٰ مُصَدِّقًا لِّ مَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ هِ يَهْدِىٓ إِلَى ٱلْ حَقِّ وَ إِلَىٰ طَرِيقٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ
They said, "O our people, indeed we have heard a [recited] Book revealed after Moses confirming what was before it which guides to the truth and to a straight path.
4:47
يَٰٓ أَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُ وا۟ ٱلْ كِتَٰبَ ءَامِنُ وا۟ بِ مَا نَزَّلْ نَا مُصَدِّقًا لِّ مَا مَعَ كُم مِّن قَبْلِ أَن نَّطْمِسَ وُجُوهًا فَ نَرُدَّ هَا عَلَىٰٓ أَدْبَارِ هَآ أَوْ نَلْعَنَ هُمْ كَ مَا لَعَ نَّآ أَصْحَٰبَ ٱل سَّبْتِ وَ كَانَ أَمْرُ ٱللَّهِ مَفْعُولًا
O you who were given the Scripture, believe in what We have sent down [to Muhammad], confirming that which is with you, before We obliterate faces and turn them toward their backs or curse them as We cursed the sabbath-breakers. And ever is the decree of Allah accomplished.
56:57
نَحْنُ خَلَقْ نَٰ كُمْ فَ لَوْلَا تُصَدِّقُ ونَ
We have created you, so why do you not believe?
5:46
وَ قَفَّيْ نَا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِ هِم بِ عِيسَى ٱبْنِ مَرْيَمَ مُصَدِّقًا لِّ مَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ هِ مِنَ ٱل تَّوْرَىٰةِ وَ ءَاتَيْ نَٰ هُ ٱلْ إِنجِيلَ فِي هِ هُدًى وَ نُورٌ وَ مُصَدِّقًا لِّ مَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ هِ مِنَ ٱل تَّوْرَىٰةِ وَ هُدًى وَ مَوْعِظَةً لِّ لْ مُتَّقِينَ
And We sent, following in their footsteps, Jesus, the son of Mary, confirming that which came before him in the Torah; and We gave him the Gospel, in which was guidance and light and confirming that which preceded it of the Torah as guidance and instruction for the righteous.
5:48
وَ أَنزَلْ نَآ إِلَيْ كَ ٱلْ كِتَٰبَ بِ ٱلْ حَقِّ مُصَدِّقًا لِّ مَا بَيْنَ يَدَيْ هِ مِنَ ٱلْ كِتَٰبِ وَ مُهَيْمِنًا عَلَيْ هِ فَ ٱحْكُم بَيْنَ هُم بِ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ وَ لَا تَتَّبِعْ أَهْوَآءَ هُمْ عَ مَّا جَآءَ كَ مِنَ ٱلْ حَقِّ لِ كُلٍّ جَعَلْ نَا مِن كُمْ شِرْعَةً وَ مِنْهَاجًا وَ لَوْ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَ جَعَلَ كُمْ أُمَّةً وَٰحِدَةً وَ لَٰكِن لِّ يَبْلُوَ كُمْ فِى مَآ ءَاتَىٰ كُمْ فَ ٱسْتَبِقُ وا۟ ٱلْ خَيْرَٰتِ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ مَرْجِعُ كُمْ جَمِيعًا فَ يُنَبِّئُ كُم بِ مَا كُن تُمْ فِي هِ تَخْتَلِفُ ونَ
And We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], the Book in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture and as a criterion over it. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth. To each of you We prescribed a law and a method. Had Allah willed, He would have made you one nation [united in religion], but [He intended] to test you in what He has given you; so race to [all that is] good. To Allah is your return all together, and He will [then] inform you concerning that over which you used to differ.
61:6
وَ إِذْ قَالَ عِيسَى ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ يَٰ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ إِنِّ ى رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ إِلَيْ كُم مُّصَدِّقًا لِّ مَا بَيْنَ يَدَىَّ مِنَ ٱل تَّوْرَىٰةِ وَ مُبَشِّرًۢا بِ رَسُولٍ يَأْتِى مِنۢ بَعْدِ ى ٱسْمُ هُۥٓ أَحْمَدُ فَ لَمَّا جَآءَ هُم بِ ٱلْ بَيِّنَٰتِ قَالُ وا۟ هَٰذَا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ
And [mention] when Jesus, the son of Mary, said, "O children of Israel, indeed I am the messenger of Allah to you confirming what came before me of the Torah and bringing good tidings of a messenger to come after me, whose name is Ahmad." But when he came to them with clear evidences, they said, "This is obvious magic."
66:12
وَ مَرْيَمَ ٱبْنَتَ عِمْرَٰنَ ٱلَّتِىٓ أَحْصَنَتْ فَرْجَ هَا فَ نَفَخْ نَا فِي هِ مِن رُّوحِ نَا وَ صَدَّقَتْ بِ كَلِمَٰتِ رَبِّ هَا وَ كُتُبِ هِۦ وَ كَانَتْ مِنَ ٱلْ قَٰنِتِينَ
And [the example of] Mary, the daughter of 'Imran, who guarded her chastity, so We blew into [her garment] through Our angel, and she believed in the words of her Lord and His scriptures and was of the devoutly obedient.
6:92
وَ هَٰذَا كِتَٰبٌ أَنزَلْ نَٰ هُ مُبَارَكٌ مُّصَدِّقُ ٱلَّذِى بَيْنَ يَدَيْ هِ وَ لِ تُنذِرَ أُمَّ ٱلْ قُرَىٰ وَ مَنْ حَوْلَ هَا وَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْمِنُ ونَ بِ ٱلْ ءَاخِرَةِ يُؤْمِنُ ونَ بِ هِۦ وَ هُمْ عَلَىٰ صَلَاتِ هِمْ يُحَافِظُ ونَ
And this is a Book which We have sent down, blessed and confirming what was before it, that you may warn the Mother of Cities and those around it. Those who believe in the Hereafter believe in it, and they are maintaining their prayers.
70:26
وَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُصَدِّقُ ونَ بِ يَوْمِ ٱل دِّينِ
And those who believe in the Day of Recompense
75:31
فَ لَا صَدَّقَ وَ لَا صَلَّىٰ
And the disbeliever had not believed, nor had he prayed.
92:6
وَ صَدَّقَ بِ ٱلْ حُسْنَىٰ
And believes in the best [reward],
