4:65
فَ لَا وَ رَبِّ كَ لَا يُؤْمِنُ ونَ حَتَّىٰ يُحَكِّمُ و كَ فِي مَا شَجَرَ بَيْنَ هُمْ ثُمَّ لَا يَجِدُ وا۟ فِىٓ أَنفُسِ هِمْ حَرَجًا مِّ مَّا قَضَيْ تَ وَ يُسَلِّمُ وا۟ تَسْلِيمًا
But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission.
5:43
وَ كَيْفَ يُحَكِّمُ ونَ كَ وَ عِندَ هُمُ ٱل تَّوْرَىٰةُ فِي هَا حُكْمُ ٱللَّهِ ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّ وْنَ مِنۢ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ وَ مَآ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ بِ ٱلْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
But how is it that they come to you for judgement while they have the Torah, in which is the judgement of Allah? Then they turn away, [even] after that; but those are not [in fact] believers.
