10:52
ثُمَّ قِيلَ لِ لَّذِينَ ظَلَمُ وا۟ ذُوقُ وا۟ عَذَابَ ٱلْ خُلْدِ هَلْ تُجْزَ وْنَ إِلَّا بِ مَا كُن تُمْ تَكْسِبُ ونَ
Then it will be said to those who had wronged, "Taste the punishment of eternity; are you being recompensed except for what you used to earn?"
16:94
وَ لَا تَتَّخِذُ وٓا۟ أَيْمَٰنَ كُمْ دَخَلًۢا بَيْنَ كُمْ فَ تَزِلَّ قَدَمٌۢ بَعْدَ ثُبُوتِ هَا وَ تَذُوقُ وا۟ ٱل سُّوٓءَ بِ مَا صَدَد تُّمْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَ لَ كُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ
And do not take your oaths as [means of] deceit between you, lest a foot slip after it was [once] firm, and you would taste evil [in this world] for what [people] you diverted from the way of Allah, and you would have [in the Hereafter] a great punishment.
21:35
كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَآئِقَةُ ٱلْ مَوْتِ وَ نَبْلُو كُم بِ ٱل شَّرِّ وَ ٱلْ خَيْرِ فِتْنَةً وَ إِلَيْ نَا تُرْجَعُ ونَ
Every soul will taste death. And We test you with evil and with good as trial; and to Us you will be returned.
22:22
كُلَّمَآ أَرَادُ وٓا۟ أَن يَخْرُجُ وا۟ مِنْ هَا مِنْ غَمٍّ أُعِيدُ وا۟ فِي هَا وَ ذُوقُ وا۟ عَذَابَ ٱلْ حَرِيقِ
Every time they want to get out of Hellfire from anguish, they will be returned to it, and [it will be said], "Taste the punishment of the Burning Fire!"
29:55
يَوْمَ يَغْشَىٰ هُمُ ٱلْ عَذَابُ مِن فَوْقِ هِمْ وَ مِن تَحْتِ أَرْجُلِ هِمْ وَ يَقُولُ ذُوقُ وا۟ مَا كُن تُمْ تَعْمَلُ ونَ
On the Day the punishment will cover them from above them and from below their feet and it is said, "Taste [the result of] what you used to do."
29:57
كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَآئِقَةُ ٱلْ مَوْتِ ثُمَّ إِلَيْ نَا تُرْجَعُ ونَ
Every soul will taste death. Then to Us will you be returned.
32:14
فَ ذُوقُ وا۟ بِ مَا نَسِي تُمْ لِقَآءَ يَوْمِ كُمْ هَٰذَآ إِنَّ ا نَسِي نَٰ كُمْ وَ ذُوقُ وا۟ عَذَابَ ٱلْ خُلْدِ بِ مَا كُن تُمْ تَعْمَلُ ونَ
So taste [punishment] because you forgot the meeting of this, your Day; indeed, We have [accordingly] forgotten you. And taste the punishment of eternity for what you used to do."
32:20
وَ أَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ فَسَقُ وا۟ فَ مَأْوَىٰ هُمُ ٱل نَّارُ كُلَّمَآ أَرَادُ وٓا۟ أَن يَخْرُجُ وا۟ مِنْ هَآ أُعِيدُ وا۟ فِي هَا وَ قِيلَ لَ هُمْ ذُوقُ وا۟ عَذَابَ ٱل نَّارِ ٱلَّذِى كُن تُم بِ هِۦ تُكَذِّبُ ونَ
But as for those who defiantly disobeyed, their refuge is the Fire. Every time they wish to emerge from it, they will be returned to it while it is said to them, "Taste the punishment of the Fire which you used to deny."
34:42
فَ ٱلْ يَوْمَ لَا يَمْلِكُ بَعْضُ كُمْ لِ بَعْضٍ نَّفْعًا وَ لَا ضَرًّا وَ نَقُولُ لِ لَّذِينَ ظَلَمُ وا۟ ذُوقُ وا۟ عَذَابَ ٱل نَّارِ ٱلَّتِى كُن تُم بِ هَا تُكَذِّبُ ونَ
But today you do not hold for one another [the power of] benefit or harm, and We will say to those who wronged, "Taste the punishment of the Fire, which you used to deny."
35:37
وَ هُمْ يَصْطَرِخُ ونَ فِي هَا رَبَّ نَآ أَخْرِجْ نَا نَعْمَلْ صَٰلِحًا غَيْرَ ٱلَّذِى كُ نَّا نَعْمَلُ أَ وَ لَمْ نُعَمِّرْ كُم مَّا يَتَذَكَّرُ فِي هِ مَن تَذَكَّرَ وَ جَآءَ كُمُ ٱل نَّذِيرُ فَ ذُوقُ وا۟ فَ مَا لِ ل ظَّٰلِمِينَ مِن نَّصِيرٍ
And they will cry out therein, "Our Lord, remove us; we will do righteousness - other than what we were doing!" But did We not grant you life enough for whoever would remember therein to remember, and the warner had come to you? So taste [the punishment], for there is not for the wrongdoers any helper.
37:31
فَ حَقَّ عَلَيْ نَا قَوْلُ رَبِّ نَآ إِنَّ ا لَ ذَآئِقُونَ
So the word of our Lord has come into effect upon us; indeed, we will taste [punishment].
37:38
إِنَّ كُمْ لَ ذَآئِقُوا۟ ٱلْ عَذَابِ ٱلْ أَلِيمِ
Indeed, you [disbelievers] will be tasters of the painful punishment,
38:57
هَٰذَا فَ لْ يَذُوقُ و هُ حَمِيمٌ وَ غَسَّاقٌ
This - so let them taste it - is scalding water and [foul] purulence.
38:8
أَ ءُنزِلَ عَلَيْ هِ ٱل ذِّكْرُ مِنۢ بَيْنِ نَا بَلْ هُمْ فِى شَكٍّ مِّن ذِكْرِ ى بَل لَّمَّا يَذُوقُ وا۟ عَذَابِ
Has the message been revealed to him out of [all of] us?" Rather, they are in doubt about My message. Rather, they have not yet tasted My punishment.
39:24
أَ فَ مَن يَتَّقِى بِ وَجْهِ هِۦ سُوٓءَ ٱلْ عَذَابِ يَوْمَ ٱلْ قِيَٰمَةِ وَ قِيلَ لِ ل ظَّٰلِمِينَ ذُوقُ وا۟ مَا كُن تُمْ تَكْسِبُ ونَ
Then is he who will shield with his face the worst of the punishment on the Day of Resurrection [like one secure from it]? And it will be said to the wrongdoers, "Taste what you used to earn."
3:106
يَوْمَ تَبْيَضُّ وُجُوهٌ وَ تَسْوَدُّ وُجُوهٌ فَ أَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْوَدَّتْ وُجُوهُ هُمْ أَ كَفَرْ تُم بَعْدَ إِيمَٰنِ كُمْ فَ ذُوقُ وا۟ ٱلْ عَذَابَ بِ مَا كُن تُمْ تَكْفُرُ ونَ
On the Day [some] faces will turn white and [some] faces will turn black. As for those whose faces turn black, [to them it will be said], "Did you disbelieve after your belief? Then taste the punishment for what you used to reject."
3:181
لَّ قَدْ سَمِعَ ٱللَّهُ قَوْلَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُ وٓا۟ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ فَقِيرٌ وَ نَحْنُ أَغْنِيَآءُ سَ نَكْتُبُ مَا قَالُ وا۟ وَ قَتْلَ هُمُ ٱلْ أَنۢبِيَآءَ بِ غَيْرِ حَقٍّ وَ نَقُولُ ذُوقُ وا۟ عَذَابَ ٱلْ حَرِيقِ
Allah has certainly heard the statement of those [Jews] who said, "Indeed, Allah is poor, while we are rich." We will record what they said and their killing of the prophets without right and will say, "Taste the punishment of the Burning Fire.
3:185
كُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَآئِقَةُ ٱلْ مَوْتِ وَ إِنَّ مَا تُوَفَّ وْنَ أُجُورَ كُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْ قِيَٰمَةِ فَ مَن زُحْزِحَ عَنِ ٱل نَّارِ وَ أُدْخِلَ ٱلْ جَنَّةَ فَ قَدْ فَازَ وَ مَا ٱلْ حَيَوٰةُ ٱل دُّنْيَآ إِلَّا مَتَٰعُ ٱلْ غُرُورِ
Every soul will taste death, and you will only be given your [full] compensation on the Day of Resurrection. So he who is drawn away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise has attained [his desire]. And what is the life of this world except the enjoyment of delusion.
44:49
ذُقْ إِنَّ كَ أَنتَ ٱلْ عَزِيزُ ٱلْ كَرِيمُ
[It will be said], "Taste! Indeed, you are the honored, the noble!
44:56
لَا يَذُوقُ ونَ فِي هَا ٱلْ مَوْتَ إِلَّا ٱلْ مَوْتَةَ ٱلْ أُولَىٰ وَ وَقَىٰ هُمْ عَذَابَ ٱلْ جَحِيمِ
They will not taste death therein except the first death, and He will have protected them from the punishment of Hellfire
46:34
وَ يَوْمَ يُعْرَضُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُ وا۟ عَلَى ٱل نَّارِ أَ لَيْسَ هَٰذَا بِ ٱلْ حَقِّ قَالُ وا۟ بَلَىٰ وَ رَبِّ نَا قَالَ فَ ذُوقُ وا۟ ٱلْ عَذَابَ بِ مَا كُن تُمْ تَكْفُرُ ونَ
And the Day those who disbelieved are exposed to the Fire [it will be said], "Is this not the truth?" They will say, "Yes, by our Lord." He will say, "Then taste the punishment because you used to disbelieve."
4:56
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُ وا۟ بِ ـَٔايَٰتِ نَا سَوْفَ نُصْلِي هِمْ نَارًا كُلَّمَا نَضِجَتْ جُلُودُ هُم بَدَّلْ نَٰ هُمْ جُلُودًا غَيْرَ هَا لِ يَذُوقُ وا۟ ٱلْ عَذَابَ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا
Indeed, those who disbelieve in Our verses - We will drive them into a Fire. Every time their skins are roasted through We will replace them with other skins so they may taste the punishment. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted in Might and Wise.
51:14
ذُوقُ وا۟ فِتْنَتَ كُمْ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِى كُن تُم بِ هِۦ تَسْتَعْجِلُ ونَ
[And will be told], "Taste your torment. This is that for which you were impatient."
54:37
وَ لَ قَدْ رَٰوَدُ و هُ عَن ضَيْفِ هِۦ فَ طَمَسْ نَآ أَعْيُنَ هُمْ فَ ذُوقُ وا۟ عَذَابِ ى وَ نُذُرِ
And they had demanded from him his guests, but We obliterated their eyes, [saying], "Taste My punishment and warning."
54:39
فَ ذُوقُ وا۟ عَذَابِ ى وَ نُذُرِ
So taste My punishment and warning.
54:48
يَوْمَ يُسْحَبُ ونَ فِى ٱل نَّارِ عَلَىٰ وُجُوهِ هِمْ ذُوقُ وا۟ مَسَّ سَقَرَ
The Day they are dragged into the Fire on their faces [it will be said], "Taste the touch of Saqar."
59:15
كَ مَثَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِ هِمْ قَرِيبًا ذَاقُ وا۟ وَبَالَ أَمْرِ هِمْ وَ لَ هُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
[Theirs is] like the example of those shortly before them: they tasted the bad consequence of their affair, and they will have a painful punishment.
5:95
يَٰٓ أَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُ وا۟ لَا تَقْتُلُ وا۟ ٱل صَّيْدَ وَ أَنتُمْ حُرُمٌ وَ مَن قَتَلَ هُۥ مِن كُم مُّتَعَمِّدًا فَ جَزَآءٌ مِّثْلُ مَا قَتَلَ مِنَ ٱل نَّعَمِ يَحْكُمُ بِ هِۦ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ مِّن كُمْ هَدْيًۢا بَٰلِغَ ٱلْ كَعْبَةِ أَوْ كَفَّٰرَةٌ طَعَامُ مَسَٰكِينَ أَوْ عَدْلُ ذَٰلِكَ صِيَامًا لِّ يَذُوقَ وَبَالَ أَمْرِ هِۦ عَفَا ٱللَّهُ عَ مَّا سَلَفَ وَ مَنْ عَادَ فَ يَنتَقِمُ ٱللَّهُ مِنْ هُ وَ ٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ ذُو ٱنتِقَامٍ
O you who have believed, do not kill game while you are in the state of ihram. And whoever of you kills it intentionally - the penalty is an equivalent from sacrificial animals to what he killed, as judged by two just men among you as an offering [to Allah] delivered to the Ka'bah, or an expiation: the feeding of needy people or the equivalent of that in fasting, that he may taste the consequence of his deed. Allah has pardoned what is past; but whoever returns [to violation], then Allah will take retribution from him. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Owner of Retribution.
64:5
أَ لَمْ يَأْتِ كُمْ نَبَؤُا۟ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُ وا۟ مِن قَبْلُ فَ ذَاقُ وا۟ وَبَالَ أَمْرِ هِمْ وَ لَ هُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
Has there not come to you the news of those who disbelieved before? So they tasted the bad consequence of their affair, and they will have a painful punishment.
65:9
فَ ذَاقَتْ وَبَالَ أَمْرِ هَا وَ كَانَ عَٰقِبَةُ أَمْرِ هَا خُسْرًا
And it tasted the bad consequence of its affair, and the outcome of its affair was loss.
6:148
سَ يَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ أَشْرَكُ وا۟ لَوْ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مَآ أَشْرَكْ نَا وَ لَآ ءَابَآؤُ نَا وَ لَا حَرَّمْ نَا مِن شَىْءٍ كَ ذَٰلِكَ كَذَّبَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِ هِمْ حَتَّىٰ ذَاقُ وا۟ بَأْسَ نَا قُلْ هَلْ عِندَ كُم مِّنْ عِلْمٍ فَ تُخْرِجُ و هُ لَ نَآ إِن تَتَّبِعُ ونَ إِلَّا ٱل ظَّنَّ وَ إِنْ أَنتُمْ إِلَّا تَخْرُصُ ونَ
Those who associated with Allah will say, "If Allah had willed, we would not have associated [anything] and neither would our fathers, nor would we have prohibited anything." Likewise did those before deny until they tasted Our punishment. Say, "Do you have any knowledge that you can produce for us? You follow not except assumption, and you are not but falsifying."
6:30
وَ لَوْ تَرَىٰٓ إِذْ وُقِفُ وا۟ عَلَىٰ رَبِّ هِمْ قَالَ أَ لَيْسَ هَٰذَا بِ ٱلْ حَقِّ قَالُ وا۟ بَلَىٰ وَ رَبِّ نَا قَالَ فَ ذُوقُ وا۟ ٱلْ عَذَابَ بِ مَا كُن تُمْ تَكْفُرُ ونَ
If you could but see when they will be made to stand before their Lord. He will say, "Is this not the truth?" They will say, "Yes, by our Lord." He will [then] say, "So taste the punishment because you used to disbelieve."
78:24
لَّا يَذُوقُ ونَ فِي هَا بَرْدًا وَ لَا شَرَابًا
They will not taste therein [any] coolness or drink
78:30
فَ ذُوقُ وا۟ فَ لَن نَّزِيدَ كُمْ إِلَّا عَذَابًا
"So taste [the penalty], and never will We increase you except in torment."
7:22
فَ دَلَّىٰ هُمَا بِ غُرُورٍ فَ لَمَّا ذَاقَ ا ٱل شَّجَرَةَ بَدَتْ لَ هُمَا سَوْءَٰتُ هُمَا وَ طَفِقَ ا يَخْصِفَ انِ عَلَيْ هِمَا مِن وَرَقِ ٱلْ جَنَّةِ وَ نَادَىٰ هُمَا رَبُّ هُمَآ أَ لَمْ أَنْهَ كُمَا عَن تِلْكُمَا ٱل شَّجَرَةِ وَ أَقُل لَّ كُمَآ إِنَّ ٱل شَّيْطَٰنَ لَ كُمَا عَدُوٌّ مُّبِينٌ
So he made them fall, through deception. And when they tasted of the tree, their private parts became apparent to them, and they began to fasten together over themselves from the leaves of Paradise. And their Lord called to them, "Did I not forbid you from that tree and tell you that Satan is to you a clear enemy?"
7:39
وَ قَالَتْ أُولَىٰ هُمْ لِ أُخْرَىٰ هُمْ فَ مَا كَانَ لَ كُمْ عَلَيْ نَا مِن فَضْلٍ فَ ذُوقُ وا۟ ٱلْ عَذَابَ بِ مَا كُن تُمْ تَكْسِبُ ونَ
And the first of them will say to the last of them, "Then you had not any favor over us, so taste the punishment for what you used to earn."
8:14
ذَٰلِكُمْ فَ ذُوقُ و هُ وَ أَنَّ لِ لْ كَٰفِرِينَ عَذَابَ ٱل نَّارِ
"That [is yours], so taste it." And indeed for the disbelievers is the punishment of the Fire.
8:35
وَ مَا كَانَ صَلَاتُ هُمْ عِندَ ٱلْ بَيْتِ إِلَّا مُكَآءً وَ تَصْدِيَةً فَ ذُوقُ وا۟ ٱلْ عَذَابَ بِ مَا كُن تُمْ تَكْفُرُ ونَ
And their prayer at the House was not except whistling and handclapping. So taste the punishment for what you disbelieved.
8:50
وَ لَوْ تَرَىٰٓ إِذْ يَتَوَفَّى ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُ وا۟ ٱلْ مَلَٰٓئِكَةُ يَضْرِبُ ونَ وُجُوهَ هُمْ وَ أَدْبَٰرَ هُمْ وَ ذُوقُ وا۟ عَذَابَ ٱلْ حَرِيقِ
And if you could but see when the angels take the souls of those who disbelieved... They are striking their faces and their backs and [saying], "Taste the punishment of the Burning Fire.
9:35
يَوْمَ يُحْمَىٰ عَلَيْ هَا فِى نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ فَ تُكْوَىٰ بِ هَا جِبَاهُ هُمْ وَ جُنُوبُ هُمْ وَ ظُهُورُ هُمْ هَٰذَا مَا كَنَزْ تُمْ لِ أَنفُسِ كُمْ فَ ذُوقُ وا۟ مَا كُن تُمْ تَكْنِزُ ونَ
The Day when it will be heated in the fire of Hell and seared therewith will be their foreheads, their flanks, and their backs, [it will be said], "This is what you hoarded for yourselves, so taste what you used to hoard."
