10:12
وَ إِذَا مَسَّ ٱلْ إِنسَٰنَ ٱل ضُّرُّ دَعَا نَا لِ جَنۢبِ هِۦٓ أَوْ قَاعِدًا أَوْ قَآئِمًا فَ لَمَّا كَشَفْ نَا عَنْ هُ ضُرَّ هُۥ مَرَّ كَ أَن لَّمْ يَدْعُ نَآ إِلَىٰ ضُرٍّ مَّسَّ هُۥ كَ ذَٰلِكَ زُيِّنَ لِ لْ مُسْرِفِينَ مَا كَانُ وا۟ يَعْمَلُ ونَ
And when affliction touches man, he calls upon Us, whether lying on his side or sitting or standing; but when We remove from him his affliction, he continues [in disobedience] as if he had never called upon Us to [remove] an affliction that touched him. Thus is made pleasing to the transgressors that which they have been doing
11:100
ذَٰلِكَ مِنْ أَنۢبَآءِ ٱلْ قُرَىٰ نَقُصُّ هُۥ عَلَيْ كَ مِنْ هَا قَآئِمٌ وَ حَصِيدٌ
That is from the news of the cities, which We relate to you; of them, some are [still] standing and some are [as] a harvest [mowed down].
11:71
وَ ٱمْرَأَتُ هُۥ قَآئِمَةٌ فَ ضَحِكَتْ فَ بَشَّرْ نَٰ هَا بِ إِسْحَٰقَ وَ مِن وَرَآءِ إِسْحَٰقَ يَعْقُوبَ
And his Wife was standing, and she smiled. Then We gave her good tidings of Isaac and after Isaac, Jacob.
13:33
أَ فَ مَنْ هُوَ قَآئِمٌ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ نَفْسٍۭ بِ مَا كَسَبَتْ وَ جَعَلُ وا۟ لِ لَّهِ شُرَكَآءَ قُلْ سَمُّ و هُمْ أَمْ تُنَبِّـُٔ ونَ هُۥ بِ مَا لَا يَعْلَمُ فِى ٱلْ أَرْضِ أَم بِ ظَٰهِرٍ مِّنَ ٱلْ قَوْلِ بَلْ زُيِّنَ لِ لَّذِينَ كَفَرُ وا۟ مَكْرُ هُمْ وَ صُدُّ وا۟ عَنِ ٱل سَّبِيلِ وَ مَن يُضْلِلِ ٱللَّهُ فَ مَا لَ هُۥ مِنْ هَادٍ
Then is He who is a maintainer of every soul, [knowing] what it has earned, [like any other]? But to Allah they have attributed partners. Say, "Name them. Or do you inform Him of that which He knows not upon the earth or of what is apparent of speech?" Rather, their [own] plan has been made attractive to those who disbelieve, and they have been averted from the way. And whomever Allah leaves astray - there will be for him no guide.
14:41
رَبَّ نَا ٱغْفِرْ لِ ى وَ لِ وَٰلِدَىَّ وَ لِ لْ مُؤْمِنِينَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱلْ حِسَابُ
Our Lord, forgive me and my parents and the believers the Day the account is established."
18:14
وَ رَبَطْ نَا عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ هِمْ إِذْ قَامُ وا۟ فَ قَالُ وا۟ رَبُّ نَا رَبُّ ٱل سَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَ ٱلْ أَرْضِ لَن نَّدْعُوَا۟ مِن دُونِ هِۦٓ إِلَٰهًا لَّ قَدْ قُلْ نَآ إِذًا شَطَطًا
And We made firm their hearts when they stood up and said, "Our Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth. Never will we invoke besides Him any deity. We would have certainly spoken, then, an excessive transgression.
18:36
وَ مَآ أَظُنُّ ٱل سَّاعَةَ قَآئِمَةً وَ لَ ئِن رُّدِد تُّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّ ى لَ أَجِدَ نَّ خَيْرًا مِّنْ هَا مُنقَلَبًا
And I do not think the Hour will occur. And even if I should be brought back to my Lord, I will surely find better than this as a return."
22:26
وَ إِذْ بَوَّأْ نَا لِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ مَكَانَ ٱلْ بَيْتِ أَن لَّا تُشْرِكْ بِ ى شَيْـًٔا وَ طَهِّرْ بَيْتِ ىَ لِ ل طَّآئِفِينَ وَ ٱلْ قَآئِمِينَ وَ ٱل رُّكَّعِ ٱل سُّجُودِ
And [mention, O Muhammad], when We designated for Abraham the site of the House, [saying], "Do not associate anything with Me and purify My House for those who perform Tawaf and those who stand [in prayer] and those who bow and prostrate.
25:64
وَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَبِيتُ ونَ لِ رَبِّ هِمْ سُجَّدًا وَ قِيَٰمًا
And those who spend [part of] the night to their Lord prostrating and standing [in prayer]
26:218
ٱلَّذِى يَرَىٰ كَ حِينَ تَقُومُ
Who sees you when you arise
27:39
قَالَ عِفْرِيتٌ مِّنَ ٱلْ جِنِّ أَنَا۠ ءَاتِي كَ بِ هِۦ قَبْلَ أَن تَقُومَ مِن مَّقَامِ كَ وَ إِنِّ ى عَلَيْ هِ لَ قَوِىٌّ أَمِينٌ
A powerful one from among the jinn said, "I will bring it to you before you rise from your place, and indeed, I am for this [task] strong and trustworthy."
2:20
يَكَادُ ٱلْ بَرْقُ يَخْطَفُ أَبْصَٰرَ هُمْ كُلَّمَآ أَضَآءَ لَ هُم مَّشَ وْا۟ فِي هِ وَ إِذَآ أَظْلَمَ عَلَيْ هِمْ قَامُ وا۟ وَ لَوْ شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ لَ ذَهَبَ بِ سَمْعِ هِمْ وَ أَبْصَٰرِ هِمْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
The lightning almost snatches away their sight. Every time it lights [the way] for them, they walk therein; but when darkness comes over them, they stand [still]. And if Allah had willed, He could have taken away their hearing and their sight. Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.
2:238
حَٰفِظُ وا۟ عَلَى ٱل صَّلَوَٰتِ وَ ٱل صَّلَوٰةِ ٱلْ وُسْطَىٰ وَ قُومُ وا۟ لِ لَّهِ قَٰنِتِينَ
Maintain with care the [obligatory] prayers and [in particular] the middle prayer and stand before Allah, devoutly obedient.
2:275
ٱلَّذِينَ يَأْكُلُ ونَ ٱل رِّبَوٰا۟ لَا يَقُومُ ونَ إِلَّا كَ مَا يَقُومُ ٱلَّذِى يَتَخَبَّطُ هُ ٱل شَّيْطَٰنُ مِنَ ٱلْ مَسِّ ذَٰلِكَ بِ أَنَّ هُمْ قَالُ وٓا۟ إِنَّ مَا ٱلْ بَيْعُ مِثْلُ ٱل رِّبَوٰا۟ وَ أَحَلَّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْ بَيْعَ وَ حَرَّمَ ٱل رِّبَوٰا۟ فَ مَن جَآءَ هُۥ مَوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّ هِۦ فَ ٱنتَهَىٰ فَ لَ هُۥ مَا سَلَفَ وَ أَمْرُ هُۥٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَ مَنْ عَادَ فَ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱل نَّارِ هُمْ فِي هَا خَٰلِدُونَ
Those who consume interest cannot stand [on the Day of Resurrection] except as one stands who is being beaten by Satan into insanity. That is because they say, "Trade is [just] like interest." But Allah has permitted trade and has forbidden interest. So whoever has received an admonition from his Lord and desists may have what is past, and his affair rests with Allah. But whoever returns to [dealing in interest or usury] - those are the companions of the Fire; they will abide eternally therein.
30:12
وَ يَوْمَ تَقُومُ ٱل سَّاعَةُ يُبْلِسُ ٱلْ مُجْرِمُونَ
And the Day the Hour appears the criminals will be in despair.
30:14
وَ يَوْمَ تَقُومُ ٱل سَّاعَةُ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَتَفَرَّقُ ونَ
And the Day the Hour appears - that Day they will become separated.
30:25
وَ مِنْ ءَايَٰتِ هِۦٓ أَن تَقُومَ ٱل سَّمَآءُ وَ ٱلْ أَرْضُ بِ أَمْرِ هِۦ ثُمَّ إِذَا دَعَا كُمْ دَعْوَةً مِّنَ ٱلْ أَرْضِ إِذَآ أَنتُمْ تَخْرُجُ ونَ
And of His signs is that the heaven and earth remain by His command. Then when He calls you with a [single] call from the earth, immediately you will come forth.
30:55
وَ يَوْمَ تَقُومُ ٱل سَّاعَةُ يُقْسِمُ ٱلْ مُجْرِمُونَ مَا لَبِثُ وا۟ غَيْرَ سَاعَةٍ كَ ذَٰلِكَ كَانُ وا۟ يُؤْفَكُ ونَ
And the Day the Hour appears the criminals will swear they had remained but an hour. Thus they were deluded.
34:46
قُلْ إِنَّ مَآ أَعِظُ كُم بِ وَٰحِدَةٍ أَن تَقُومُ وا۟ لِ لَّهِ مَثْنَىٰ وَ فُرَٰدَىٰ ثُمَّ تَتَفَكَّرُ وا۟ مَا بِ صَاحِبِ كُم مِّن جِنَّةٍ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ لَّ كُم بَيْنَ يَدَىْ عَذَابٍ شَدِيدٍ
Say, "I only advise you of one [thing] - that you stand for Allah, [seeking truth] in pairs and individually, and then give thought." There is not in your companion any madness. He is only a warner to you before a severe punishment.
39:68
وَ نُفِخَ فِى ٱل صُّورِ فَ صَعِقَ مَن فِى ٱل سَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَ مَن فِى ٱلْ أَرْضِ إِلَّا مَن شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ ثُمَّ نُفِخَ فِي هِ أُخْرَىٰ فَ إِذَا هُمْ قِيَامٌ يَنظُرُ ونَ
And the Horn will be blown, and whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on the earth will fall dead except whom Allah wills. Then it will be blown again, and at once they will be standing, looking on.
39:9
أَ مَّنْ هُوَ قَٰنِتٌ ءَانَآءَ ٱلَّ يْلِ سَاجِدًا وَ قَآئِمًا يَحْذَرُ ٱلْ ءَاخِرَةَ وَ يَرْجُوا۟ رَحْمَةَ رَبِّ هِۦ قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِى ٱلَّذِينَ يَعْلَمُ ونَ وَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُ ونَ إِنَّ مَا يَتَذَكَّرُ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْ أَلْبَٰبِ
Is one who is devoutly obedient during periods of the night, prostrating and standing [in prayer], fearing the Hereafter and hoping for the mercy of his Lord, [like one who does not]? Say, "Are those who know equal to those who do not know?" Only they will remember [who are] people of understanding.
3:113
لَيْسُ وا۟ سَوَآءً مِّنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْ كِتَٰبِ أُمَّةٌ قَآئِمَةٌ يَتْلُ ونَ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ ءَانَآءَ ٱلَّ يْلِ وَ هُمْ يَسْجُدُ ونَ
They are not [all] the same; among the People of the Scripture is a community standing [in obedience], reciting the verses of Allah during periods of the night and prostrating [in prayer].
3:18
شَهِدَ ٱللَّهُ أَنَّ هُۥ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ وَ ٱلْ مَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْ عِلْمِ قَآئِمًۢا بِ ٱلْ قِسْطِ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ٱلْ عَزِيزُ ٱلْ حَكِيمُ
Allah witnesses that there is no deity except Him, and [so do] the angels and those of knowledge - [that He is] maintaining [creation] in justice. There is no deity except Him, the Exalted in Might, the Wise.
3:191
ٱلَّذِينَ يَذْكُرُ ونَ ٱللَّهَ قِيَٰمًا وَ قُعُودًا وَ عَلَىٰ جُنُوبِ هِمْ وَ يَتَفَكَّرُ ونَ فِى خَلْقِ ٱل سَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَ ٱلْ أَرْضِ رَبَّ نَا مَا خَلَقْ تَ هَٰذَا بَٰطِلًا سُبْحَٰنَ كَ فَ قِ نَا عَذَابَ ٱل نَّارِ
Who remember Allah while standing or sitting or [lying] on their sides and give thought to the creation of the heavens and the earth, [saying], "Our Lord, You did not create this aimlessly; exalted are You [above such a thing]; then protect us from the punishment of the Fire.
3:39
فَ نَادَتْ هُ ٱلْ مَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَ هُوَ قَآئِمٌ يُصَلِّى فِى ٱلْ مِحْرَابِ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُبَشِّرُ كَ بِ يَحْيَىٰ مُصَدِّقًۢا بِ كَلِمَةٍ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَ سَيِّدًا وَ حَصُورًا وَ نَبِيًّا مِّنَ ٱل صَّٰلِحِينَ
So the angels called him while he was standing in prayer in the chamber, "Indeed, Allah gives you good tidings of John, confirming a word from Allah and [who will be] honorable, abstaining [from women], and a prophet from among the righteous."
3:75
وَ مِنْ أَهْلِ ٱلْ كِتَٰبِ مَنْ إِن تَأْمَنْ هُ بِ قِنطَارٍ يُؤَدِّ هِۦٓ إِلَيْ كَ وَ مِنْ هُم مَّنْ إِن تَأْمَنْ هُ بِ دِينَارٍ لَّا يُؤَدِّ هِۦٓ إِلَيْ كَ إِلَّا مَا دُمْ تَ عَلَيْ هِ قَآئِمًا ذَٰلِكَ بِ أَنَّ هُمْ قَالُ وا۟ لَيْسَ عَلَيْ نَا فِى ٱلْ أُمِّيِّۦنَ سَبِيلٌ وَ يَقُولُ ونَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلْ كَذِبَ وَ هُمْ يَعْلَمُ ونَ
And among the People of the Scripture is he who, if you entrust him with a great amount [of wealth], he will return it to you. And among them is he who, if you entrust him with a [single] silver coin, he will not return it to you unless you are constantly standing over him [demanding it]. That is because they say, "There is no blame upon us concerning the unlearned." And they speak untruth about Allah while they know [it].
40:46
ٱل نَّارُ يُعْرَضُ ونَ عَلَيْ هَا غُدُوًّا وَ عَشِيًّا وَ يَوْمَ تَقُومُ ٱل سَّاعَةُ أَدْخِلُ وٓا۟ ءَالَ فِرْعَوْنَ أَشَدَّ ٱلْ عَذَابِ
The Fire, they are exposed to it morning and evening. And the Day the Hour appears [it will be said], "Make the people of Pharaoh enter the severest punishment."
40:51
إِنَّ ا لَ نَنصُرُ رُسُلَ نَا وَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُ وا۟ فِى ٱلْ حَيَوٰةِ ٱل دُّنْيَا وَ يَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱلْ أَشْهَٰدُ
Indeed, We will support Our messengers and those who believe during the life of this world and on the Day when the witnesses will stand -
41:50
وَ لَ ئِنْ أَذَقْ نَٰ هُ رَحْمَةً مِّنَّ ا مِنۢ بَعْدِ ضَرَّآءَ مَسَّتْ هُ لَ يَقُولَ نَّ هَٰذَا لِ ى وَ مَآ أَظُنُّ ٱل سَّاعَةَ قَآئِمَةً وَ لَ ئِن رُّجِعْ تُ إِلَىٰ رَبِّ ىٓ إِنَّ لِ ى عِندَ هُۥ لَ لْ حُسْنَىٰ فَ لَ نُنَبِّئَ نَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُ وا۟ بِ مَا عَمِلُ وا۟ وَ لَ نُذِيقَ نَّ هُم مِّنْ عَذَابٍ غَلِيظٍ
And if We let him taste mercy from Us after an adversity which has touched him, he will surely say, "This is [due] to me, and I do not think the Hour will occur; and [even] if I should be returned to my Lord, indeed, for me there will be with Him the best." But We will surely inform those who disbelieved about what they did, and We will surely make them taste a massive punishment.
45:27
وَ لِ لَّهِ مُلْكُ ٱل سَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَ ٱلْ أَرْضِ وَ يَوْمَ تَقُومُ ٱل سَّاعَةُ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَخْسَرُ ٱلْ مُبْطِلُونَ
And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And the Day the Hour appears - that Day the falsifiers will lose.
4:102
وَ إِذَا كُن تَ فِي هِمْ فَ أَقَمْ تَ لَ هُمُ ٱل صَّلَوٰةَ فَ لْ تَقُمْ طَآئِفَةٌ مِّنْ هُم مَّعَ كَ وَ لْ يَأْخُذُ وٓا۟ أَسْلِحَتَ هُمْ فَ إِذَا سَجَدُ وا۟ فَ لْ يَكُونُ وا۟ مِن وَرَآئِ كُمْ وَ لْ تَأْتِ طَآئِفَةٌ أُخْرَىٰ لَمْ يُصَلُّ وا۟ فَ لْ يُصَلُّ وا۟ مَعَ كَ وَ لْ يَأْخُذُ وا۟ حِذْرَ هُمْ وَ أَسْلِحَتَ هُمْ وَدَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُ وا۟ لَوْ تَغْفُلُ ونَ عَنْ أَسْلِحَتِ كُمْ وَ أَمْتِعَتِ كُمْ فَ يَمِيلُ ونَ عَلَيْ كُم مَّيْلَةً وَٰحِدَةً وَ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْ كُمْ إِن كَانَ بِ كُمْ أَذًى مِّن مَّطَرٍ أَوْ كُن تُم مَّرْضَىٰٓ أَن تَضَعُ وٓا۟ أَسْلِحَتَ كُمْ وَ خُذُ وا۟ حِذْرَ كُمْ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ أَعَدَّ لِ لْ كَٰفِرِينَ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا
And when you are among them and lead them in prayer, let a group of them stand [in prayer] with you and let them carry their arms. And when they have prostrated, let them be [in position] behind you and have the other group come forward which has not [yet] prayed and let them pray with you, taking precaution and carrying their arms. Those who disbelieve wish that you would neglect your weapons and your baggage so they could come down upon you in one [single] attack. But there is no blame upon you, if you are troubled by rain or are ill, for putting down your arms, but take precaution. Indeed, Allah has prepared for the disbelievers a humiliating punishment.
4:103
فَ إِذَا قَضَيْ تُمُ ٱل صَّلَوٰةَ فَ ٱذْكُرُ وا۟ ٱللَّهَ قِيَٰمًا وَ قُعُودًا وَ عَلَىٰ جُنُوبِ كُمْ فَ إِذَا ٱطْمَأْنَن تُمْ فَ أَقِيمُ وا۟ ٱل صَّلَوٰةَ إِنَّ ٱل صَّلَوٰةَ كَانَتْ عَلَى ٱلْ مُؤْمِنِينَ كِتَٰبًا مَّوْقُوتًا
And when you have completed the prayer, remember Allah standing, sitting, or [lying] on your sides. But when you become secure, re-establish [regular] prayer. Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a decree of specified times.
4:127
وَ يَسْتَفْتُ ونَ كَ فِى ٱل نِّسَآءِ قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يُفْتِي كُمْ فِي هِنَّ وَ مَا يُتْلَىٰ عَلَيْ كُمْ فِى ٱلْ كِتَٰبِ فِى يَتَٰمَى ٱل نِّسَآءِ ٱلَّٰتِى لَا تُؤْتُ ونَ هُنَّ مَا كُتِبَ لَ هُنَّ وَ تَرْغَبُ ونَ أَن تَنكِحُ و هُنَّ وَ ٱلْ مُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلْ وِلْدَٰنِ وَ أَن تَقُومُ وا۟ لِ لْ يَتَٰمَىٰ بِ ٱلْ قِسْطِ وَ مَا تَفْعَلُ وا۟ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِ هِۦ عَلِيمًا
And they request from you, [O Muhammad], a [legal] ruling concerning women. Say, "Allah gives you a ruling about them and [about] what has been recited to you in the Book concerning the orphan girls to whom you do not give what is decreed for them - and [yet] you desire to marry them - and concerning the oppressed among children and that you maintain for orphans [their rights] in justice." And whatever you do of good - indeed, Allah is ever Knowing of it.
4:142
إِنَّ ٱلْ مُنَٰفِقِينَ يُخَٰدِعُ ونَ ٱللَّهَ وَ هُوَ خَٰدِعُ هُمْ وَ إِذَا قَامُ وٓا۟ إِلَى ٱل صَّلَوٰةِ قَامُ وا۟ كُسَالَىٰ يُرَآءُ ونَ ٱل نَّاسَ وَ لَا يَذْكُرُ ونَ ٱللَّهَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا
Indeed, the hypocrites [think to] deceive Allah, but He is deceiving them. And when they stand for prayer, they stand lazily, showing [themselves to] the people and not remembering Allah except a little,
4:5
وَ لَا تُؤْتُ وا۟ ٱل سُّفَهَآءَ أَمْوَٰلَ كُمُ ٱلَّتِى جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لَ كُمْ قِيَٰمًا وَ ٱرْزُقُ و هُمْ فِي هَا وَ ٱكْسُ و هُمْ وَ قُولُ وا۟ لَ هُمْ قَوْلًا مَّعْرُوفًا
And do not give the weak-minded your property, which Allah has made a means of sustenance for you, but provide for them with it and clothe them and speak to them words of appropriate kindness.
51:45
فَ مَا ٱسْتَطَٰعُ وا۟ مِن قِيَامٍ وَ مَا كَانُ وا۟ مُنتَصِرِينَ
And they were unable to arise, nor could they defend themselves.
52:48
وَ ٱصْبِرْ لِ حُكْمِ رَبِّ كَ فَ إِنَّ كَ بِ أَعْيُنِ نَا وَ سَبِّحْ بِ حَمْدِ رَبِّ كَ حِينَ تَقُومُ
And be patient, [O Muhammad], for the decision of your Lord, for indeed, you are in Our eyes. And exalt [Allah] with praise of your Lord when you arise.
57:25
لَ قَدْ أَرْسَلْ نَا رُسُلَ نَا بِ ٱلْ بَيِّنَٰتِ وَ أَنزَلْ نَا مَعَ هُمُ ٱلْ كِتَٰبَ وَ ٱلْ مِيزَانَ لِ يَقُومَ ٱل نَّاسُ بِ ٱلْ قِسْطِ وَ أَنزَلْ نَا ٱلْ حَدِيدَ فِي هِ بَأْسٌ شَدِيدٌ وَ مَنَٰفِعُ لِ ل نَّاسِ وَ لِ يَعْلَمَ ٱللَّهُ مَن يَنصُرُ هُۥ وَ رُسُلَ هُۥ بِ ٱلْ غَيْبِ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَوِىٌّ عَزِيزٌ
We have already sent Our messengers with clear evidences and sent down with them the Scripture and the balance that the people may maintain [their affairs] in justice. And We sent down iron, wherein is great military might and benefits for the people, and so that Allah may make evident those who support Him and His messengers unseen. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Might.
59:5
مَا قَطَعْ تُم مِّن لِّينَةٍ أَوْ تَرَكْ تُمُو هَا قَآئِمَةً عَلَىٰٓ أُصُولِ هَا فَ بِ إِذْنِ ٱللَّهِ وَ لِ يُخْزِىَ ٱلْ فَٰسِقِينَ
Whatever you have cut down of [their] palm trees or left standing on their trunks - it was by permission of Allah and so He would disgrace the defiantly disobedient.
5:107
فَ إِنْ عُثِرَ عَلَىٰٓ أَنَّ هُمَا ٱسْتَحَقَّ آ إِثْمًا فَ ـَٔاخَرَانِ يَقُومَ انِ مَقَامَ هُمَا مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْتَحَقَّ عَلَيْ هِمُ ٱلْ أَوْلَيَٰنِ فَ يُقْسِمَ انِ بِ ٱللَّهِ لَ شَهَٰدَتُ نَآ أَحَقُّ مِن شَهَٰدَتِ هِمَا وَ مَا ٱعْتَدَيْ نَآ إِنَّ آ إِذًا لَّ مِنَ ٱل ظَّٰلِمِينَ
But if it is found that those two were guilty of perjury, let two others stand in their place [who are] foremost [in claim] from those who have a lawful right. And let them swear by Allah, "Our testimony is truer than their testimony, and we have not transgressed. Indeed, we would then be of the wrongdoers."
5:6
يَٰٓ أَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُ وٓا۟ إِذَا قُمْ تُمْ إِلَى ٱل صَّلَوٰةِ فَ ٱغْسِلُ وا۟ وُجُوهَ كُمْ وَ أَيْدِيَ كُمْ إِلَى ٱلْ مَرَافِقِ وَ ٱمْسَحُ وا۟ بِ رُءُوسِ كُمْ وَ أَرْجُلَ كُمْ إِلَى ٱلْ كَعْبَيْنِ وَ إِن كُن تُمْ جُنُبًا فَ ٱطَّهَّرُ وا۟ وَ إِن كُن تُم مَّرْضَىٰٓ أَوْ عَلَىٰ سَفَرٍ أَوْ جَآءَ أَحَدٌ مِّن كُم مِّنَ ٱلْ غَآئِطِ أَوْ لَٰمَسْ تُمُ ٱل نِّسَآءَ فَ لَمْ تَجِدُ وا۟ مَآءً فَ تَيَمَّمُ وا۟ صَعِيدًا طَيِّبًا فَ ٱمْسَحُ وا۟ بِ وُجُوهِ كُمْ وَ أَيْدِي كُم مِّنْ هُ مَا يُرِيدُ ٱللَّهُ لِ يَجْعَلَ عَلَيْ كُم مِّنْ حَرَجٍ وَ لَٰكِن يُرِيدُ لِ يُطَهِّرَ كُمْ وَ لِ يُتِمَّ نِعْمَتَ هُۥ عَلَيْ كُمْ لَعَلَّ كُمْ تَشْكُرُ ونَ
O you who have believed, when you rise to [perform] prayer, wash your faces and your forearms to the elbows and wipe over your heads and wash your feet to the ankles. And if you are in a state of janabah, then purify yourselves. But if you are ill or on a journey or one of you comes from the place of relieving himself or you have contacted women and do not find water, then seek clean earth and wipe over your faces and hands with it. Allah does not intend to make difficulty for you, but He intends to purify you and complete His favor upon you that you may be grateful.
5:97
جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْ كَعْبَةَ ٱلْ بَيْتَ ٱلْ حَرَامَ قِيَٰمًا لِّ ل نَّاسِ وَ ٱل شَّهْرَ ٱلْ حَرَامَ وَ ٱلْ هَدْىَ وَ ٱلْ قَلَٰٓئِدَ ذَٰلِكَ لِ تَعْلَمُ وٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِى ٱل سَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَ مَا فِى ٱلْ أَرْضِ وَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
Allah has made the Ka'bah, the Sacred House, standing for the people and [has sanctified] the sacred months and the sacrificial animals and the garlands [by which they are identified]. That is so you may know that Allah knows what is in the heavens and what is in the earth and that Allah is Knowing of all things.
62:11
وَ إِذَا رَأَ وْا۟ تِجَٰرَةً أَوْ لَهْوًا ٱنفَضُّ وٓا۟ إِلَيْ هَا وَ تَرَكُ و كَ قَآئِمًا قُلْ مَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ خَيْرٌ مِّنَ ٱل لَّهْوِ وَ مِنَ ٱل تِّجَٰرَةِ وَ ٱللَّهُ خَيْرُ ٱل رَّٰزِقِينَ
But when they saw a transaction or a diversion, [O Muhammad], they rushed to it and left you standing. Say, "What is with Allah is better than diversion and than a transaction, and Allah is the best of providers."
70:33
وَ ٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِ شَهَٰدَٰتِ هِمْ قَآئِمُونَ
And those who are in their testimonies upright
72:19
وَ أَنَّ هُۥ لَمَّا قَامَ عَبْدُ ٱللَّهِ يَدْعُو هُ كَادُ وا۟ يَكُونُ ونَ عَلَيْ هِ لِبَدًا
And that when the Servant of Allah stood up supplicating Him, they almost became about him a compacted mass."
73:2
قُمِ ٱلَّ يْلَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا
Arise [to pray] the night, except for a little -
73:20
إِنَّ رَبَّ كَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّ كَ تَقُومُ أَدْنَىٰ مِن ثُلُثَىِ ٱلَّ يْلِ وَ نِصْفَ هُۥ وَ ثُلُثَ هُۥ وَ طَآئِفَةٌ مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ مَعَ كَ وَ ٱللَّهُ يُقَدِّرُ ٱلَّ يْلَ وَ ٱل نَّهَارَ عَلِمَ أَن لَّن تُحْصُ و هُ فَ تَابَ عَلَيْ كُمْ فَ ٱقْرَءُ وا۟ مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنَ ٱلْ قُرْءَانِ عَلِمَ أَن سَ يَكُونُ مِن كُم مَّرْضَىٰ وَ ءَاخَرُونَ يَضْرِبُ ونَ فِى ٱلْ أَرْضِ يَبْتَغُ ونَ مِن فَضْلِ ٱللَّهِ وَ ءَاخَرُونَ يُقَٰتِلُ ونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ فَ ٱقْرَءُ وا۟ مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنْ هُ وَ أَقِيمُ وا۟ ٱل صَّلَوٰةَ وَ ءَاتُ وا۟ ٱل زَّكَوٰةَ وَ أَقْرِضُ وا۟ ٱللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا وَ مَا تُقَدِّمُ وا۟ لِ أَنفُسِ كُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍ تَجِدُ و هُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ هُوَ خَيْرًا وَ أَعْظَمَ أَجْرًا وَ ٱسْتَغْفِرُ وا۟ ٱللَّهَ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌۢ
Indeed, your Lord knows, [O Muhammad], that you stand [in prayer] almost two thirds of the night or half of it or a third of it, and [so do] a group of those with you. And Allah determines [the extent of] the night and the day. He has known that you [Muslims] will not be able to do it and has turned to you in forgiveness, so recite what is easy [for you] of the Qur'an. He has known that there will be among you those who are ill and others traveling throughout the land seeking [something] of the bounty of Allah and others fighting for the cause of Allah. So recite what is easy from it and establish prayer and give zakah and loan Allah a goodly loan. And whatever good you put forward for yourselves - you will find it with Allah. It is better and greater in reward. And seek forgiveness of Allah. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
74:2
قُمْ فَ أَنذِرْ
Arise and warn
78:38
يَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱل رُّوحُ وَ ٱلْ مَلَٰٓئِكَةُ صَفًّا لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُ ونَ إِلَّا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَ هُ ٱل رَّحْمَٰنُ وَ قَالَ صَوَابًا
The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand in rows, they will not speak except for one whom the Most Merciful permits, and he will say what is correct.
83:6
يَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱل نَّاسُ لِ رَبِّ ٱلْ عَٰلَمِينَ
The Day when mankind will stand before the Lord of the worlds?
9:108
لَا تَقُمْ فِي هِ أَبَدًا لَّ مَسْجِدٌ أُسِّسَ عَلَى ٱل تَّقْوَىٰ مِنْ أَوَّلِ يَوْمٍ أَحَقُّ أَن تَقُومَ فِي هِ فِي هِ رِجَالٌ يُحِبُّ ونَ أَن يَتَطَهَّرُ وا۟ وَ ٱللَّهُ يُحِبُّ ٱلْ مُطَّهِّرِينَ
Do not stand [for prayer] within it - ever. A mosque founded on righteousness from the first day is more worthy for you to stand in. Within it are men who love to purify themselves; and Allah loves those who purify themselves.
9:84
وَ لَا تُصَلِّ عَلَىٰٓ أَحَدٍ مِّنْ هُم مَّاتَ أَبَدًا وَ لَا تَقُمْ عَلَىٰ قَبْرِ هِۦٓ إِنَّ هُمْ كَفَرُ وا۟ بِ ٱللَّهِ وَ رَسُولِ هِۦ وَ مَاتُ وا۟ وَ هُمْ فَٰسِقُونَ
And do not pray [the funeral prayer, O Muhammad], over any of them who has died - ever - or stand at his grave. Indeed, they disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger and died while they were defiantly disobedient.
