2:158
إِنَّ ٱل صَّفَا وَ ٱلْ مَرْوَةَ مِن شَعَآئِرِ ٱللَّهِ فَ مَنْ حَجَّ ٱلْ بَيْتَ أَوِ ٱعْتَمَرَ فَ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْ هِ أَن يَطَّوَّفَ بِ هِمَا وَ مَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيْرًا فَ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ
Indeed, as-Safa and al-Marwah are among the symbols of Allah. So whoever makes Hajj to the House or performs 'umrah - there is no blame upon him for walking between them. And whoever volunteers good - then indeed, Allah is appreciative and Knowing.
9:19
أَ جَعَلْ تُمْ سِقَايَةَ ٱلْ حَآجِّ وَ عِمَارَةَ ٱلْ مَسْجِدِ ٱلْ حَرَامِ كَ مَنْ ءَامَنَ بِ ٱللَّهِ وَ ٱلْ يَوْمِ ٱلْ ءَاخِرِ وَ جَٰهَدَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ لَا يَسْتَ وُۥنَ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَ ٱللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى ٱلْ قَوْمَ ٱل ظَّٰلِمِينَ
Have you made the providing of water for the pilgrim and the maintenance of al-Masjid al-Haram equal to [the deeds of] one who believes in Allah and the Last Day and strives in the cause of Allah? They are not equal in the sight of Allah. And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.
