6:18
وَ هُوَ ٱلْ قَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِ هِۦ وَ هُوَ ٱلْ حَكِيمُ ٱلْ خَبِيرُ
And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise, the Acquainted [with all].
6:61
وَ هُوَ ٱلْ قَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِ هِۦ وَ يُرْسِلُ عَلَيْ كُمْ حَفَظَةً حَتَّىٰٓ إِذَا جَآءَ أَحَدَ كُمُ ٱلْ مَوْتُ تَوَفَّتْ هُ رُسُلُ نَا وَ هُمْ لَا يُفَرِّطُ ونَ
And He is the subjugator over His servants, and He sends over you guardian-angels until, when death comes to one of you, Our messengers take him, and they do not fail [in their duties].
7:127
وَ قَالَ ٱلْ مَلَأُ مِن قَوْمِ فِرْعَوْنَ أَ تَذَرُ مُوسَىٰ وَ قَوْمَ هُۥ لِ يُفْسِدُ وا۟ فِى ٱلْ أَرْضِ وَ يَذَرَ كَ وَ ءَالِهَتَ كَ قَالَ سَ نُقَتِّلُ أَبْنَآءَ هُمْ وَ نَسْتَحْىِۦ نِسَآءَ هُمْ وَ إِنَّ ا فَوْقَ هُمْ قَٰهِرُونَ
And the eminent among the people of Pharaoh said," Will you leave Moses and his people to cause corruption in the land and abandon you and your gods?" [Pharaoh] said, "We will kill their sons and keep their women alive; and indeed, we are subjugators over them."
93:9
فَ أَمَّا ٱلْ يَتِيمَ فَ لَا تَقْهَرْ
So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him].
