13:14
لَ هُۥ دَعْوَةُ ٱلْ حَقِّ وَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَدْعُ ونَ مِن دُونِ هِۦ لَا يَسْتَجِيبُ ونَ لَ هُم بِ شَىْءٍ إِلَّا كَ بَٰسِطِ كَفَّيْ هِ إِلَى ٱلْ مَآءِ لِ يَبْلُغَ فَا هُ وَ مَا هُوَ بِ بَٰلِغِ هِۦ وَ مَا دُعَآءُ ٱلْ كَٰفِرِينَ إِلَّا فِى ضَلَٰلٍ
To Him [alone] is the supplication of truth. And those they call upon besides Him do not respond to them with a thing, except as one who stretches his hands toward water [from afar, calling it] to reach his mouth, but it will not reach it [thus]. And the supplication of the disbelievers is not but in error [i.e. futility].
13:26
ٱللَّهُ يَبْسُطُ ٱل رِّزْقَ لِ مَن يَشَآءُ وَ يَقْدِرُ وَ فَرِحُ وا۟ بِ ٱلْ حَيَوٰةِ ٱل دُّنْيَا وَ مَا ٱلْ حَيَوٰةُ ٱل دُّنْيَا فِى ٱلْ ءَاخِرَةِ إِلَّا مَتَٰعٌ
Allah extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. And they rejoice in the worldly life, while the worldly life is not, compared to the Hereafter, except [brief] enjoyment.
17:29
وَ لَا تَجْعَلْ يَدَ كَ مَغْلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِ كَ وَ لَا تَبْسُطْ هَا كُلَّ ٱلْ بَسْطِ فَ تَقْعُدَ مَلُومًا مَّحْسُورًا
And do not make your hand [as] chained to your neck or extend it completely and [thereby] become blamed and insolvent.
17:30
إِنَّ رَبَّ كَ يَبْسُطُ ٱل رِّزْقَ لِ مَن يَشَآءُ وَ يَقْدِرُ إِنَّ هُۥ كَانَ بِ عِبَادِ هِۦ خَبِيرًۢا بَصِيرًا
Indeed, your Lord extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed He is ever, concerning His servants, Acquainted and Seeing.
18:18
وَ تَحْسَبُ هُمْ أَيْقَاظًا وَ هُمْ رُقُودٌ وَ نُقَلِّبُ هُمْ ذَاتَ ٱلْ يَمِينِ وَ ذَاتَ ٱل شِّمَالِ وَ كَلْبُ هُم بَٰسِطٌ ذِرَاعَيْ هِ بِ ٱلْ وَصِيدِ لَوِ ٱطَّلَعْ تَ عَلَيْ هِمْ لَ وَلَّيْ تَ مِنْ هُمْ فِرَارًا وَ لَ مُلِئْ تَ مِنْ هُمْ رُعْبًا
And you would think them awake, while they were asleep. And We turned them to the right and to the left, while their dog stretched his forelegs at the entrance. If you had looked at them, you would have turned from them in flight and been filled by them with terror.
28:82
وَ أَصْبَحَ ٱلَّذِينَ تَمَنَّ وْا۟ مَكَانَ هُۥ بِ ٱلْ أَمْسِ يَقُولُ ونَ وَيْكَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ ٱل رِّزْقَ لِ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِ هِۦ وَ يَقْدِرُ لَوْلَآ أَن مَّنَّ ٱللَّهُ عَلَيْ نَا لَ خَسَفَ بِ نَا وَيْكَأَنَّ هُۥ لَا يُفْلِحُ ٱلْ كَٰفِرُونَ
And those who had wished for his position the previous day began to say, "Oh, how Allah extends provision to whom He wills of His servants and restricts it! If not that Allah had conferred favor on us, He would have caused it to swallow us. Oh, how the disbelievers do not succeed!"
29:62
ٱللَّهُ يَبْسُطُ ٱل رِّزْقَ لِ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِ هِۦ وَ يَقْدِرُ لَ هُۥٓ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
Allah extends provision for whom He wills of His servants and restricts for him. Indeed Allah is, of all things, Knowing.
2:245
مَّن ذَا ٱلَّذِى يُقْرِضُ ٱللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا فَ يُضَٰعِفَ هُۥ لَ هُۥٓ أَضْعَافًا كَثِيرَةً وَ ٱللَّهُ يَقْبِضُ وَ يَبْصُۜطُ وَ إِلَيْ هِ تُرْجَعُ ونَ
Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan so He may multiply it for him many times over? And it is Allah who withholds and grants abundance, and to Him you will be returned.
30:37
أَ وَ لَمْ يَرَ وْا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ ٱل رِّزْقَ لِ مَن يَشَآءُ وَ يَقْدِرُ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَ ءَايَٰتٍ لِّ قَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُ ونَ
Do they not see that Allah extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]? Indeed, in that are signs for a people who believe.
30:48
ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِى يُرْسِلُ ٱل رِّيَٰحَ فَ تُثِيرُ سَحَابًا فَ يَبْسُطُ هُۥ فِى ٱل سَّمَآءِ كَيْفَ يَشَآءُ وَ يَجْعَلُ هُۥ كِسَفًا فَ تَرَى ٱلْ وَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَٰلِ هِۦ فَ إِذَآ أَصَابَ بِ هِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِ هِۦٓ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُ ونَ
It is Allah who sends the winds, and they stir the clouds and spread them in the sky however He wills, and He makes them fragments so you see the rain emerge from within them. And when He causes it to fall upon whom He wills of His servants, immediately they rejoice
34:36
قُلْ إِنَّ رَبِّ ى يَبْسُطُ ٱل رِّزْقَ لِ مَن يَشَآءُ وَ يَقْدِرُ وَ لَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ ٱل نَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُ ونَ
Say, "Indeed, my Lord extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it], but most of the people do not know."
34:39
قُلْ إِنَّ رَبِّ ى يَبْسُطُ ٱل رِّزْقَ لِ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِ هِۦ وَ يَقْدِرُ لَ هُۥ وَ مَآ أَنفَقْ تُم مِّن شَىْءٍ فَ هُوَ يُخْلِفُ هُۥ وَ هُوَ خَيْرُ ٱل رَّٰزِقِينَ
Say, "Indeed, my Lord extends provision for whom He wills of His servants and restricts [it] for him. But whatever thing you spend [in His cause] - He will compensate it; and He is the best of providers."
39:52
أَ وَ لَمْ يَعْلَمُ وٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ ٱل رِّزْقَ لِ مَن يَشَآءُ وَ يَقْدِرُ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَ ءَايَٰتٍ لِّ قَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُ ونَ
Do they not know that Allah extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]? Indeed in that are signs for a people who believe.
42:12
لَ هُۥ مَقَالِيدُ ٱل سَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَ ٱلْ أَرْضِ يَبْسُطُ ٱل رِّزْقَ لِ مَن يَشَآءُ وَ يَقْدِرُ إِنَّ هُۥ بِ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ عَلِيمٌ
To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth. He extends provision for whom He wills and restricts [it]. Indeed He is, of all things, Knowing.
42:27
وَ لَوْ بَسَطَ ٱللَّهُ ٱل رِّزْقَ لِ عِبَادِ هِۦ لَ بَغَ وْا۟ فِى ٱلْ أَرْضِ وَ لَٰكِن يُنَزِّلُ بِ قَدَرٍ مَّا يَشَآءُ إِنَّ هُۥ بِ عِبَادِ هِۦ خَبِيرٌۢ بَصِيرٌ
And if Allah had extended [excessively] provision for His servants, they would have committed tyranny throughout the earth. But He sends [it] down in an amount which He wills. Indeed He is, of His servants, Acquainted and Seeing.
5:11
يَٰٓ أَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُ وا۟ ٱذْكُرُ وا۟ نِعْمَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيْ كُمْ إِذْ هَمَّ قَوْمٌ أَن يَبْسُطُ وٓا۟ إِلَيْ كُمْ أَيْدِيَ هُمْ فَ كَفَّ أَيْدِيَ هُمْ عَن كُمْ وَ ٱتَّقُ وا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَ لْ يَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلْ مُؤْمِنُونَ
O you who have believed, remember the favor of Allah upon you when a people determined to extend their hands [in aggression] against you, but He withheld their hands from you; and fear Allah. And upon Allah let the believers rely.
5:28
لَ ئِنۢ بَسَط تَ إِلَىَّ يَدَ كَ لِ تَقْتُلَ نِى مَآ أَنَا۠ بِ بَاسِطٍ يَدِ ىَ إِلَيْ كَ لِ أَقْتُلَ كَ إِنِّ ىٓ أَخَافُ ٱللَّهَ رَبَّ ٱلْ عَٰلَمِينَ
If you should raise your hand against me to kill me - I shall not raise my hand against you to kill you. Indeed, I fear Allah, Lord of the worlds.
5:64
وَ قَالَتِ ٱلْ يَهُودُ يَدُ ٱللَّهِ مَغْلُولَةٌ غُلَّتْ أَيْدِي هِمْ وَ لُعِنُ وا۟ بِ مَا قَالُ وا۟ بَلْ يَدَا هُ مَبْسُوطَتَانِ يُنفِقُ كَيْفَ يَشَآءُ وَ لَ يَزِيدَ نَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنْ هُم مَّآ أُنزِلَ إِلَيْ كَ مِن رَّبِّ كَ طُغْيَٰنًا وَ كُفْرًا وَ أَلْقَيْ نَا بَيْنَ هُمُ ٱلْ عَدَٰوَةَ وَ ٱلْ بَغْضَآءَ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْ قِيَٰمَةِ كُلَّمَآ أَوْقَدُ وا۟ نَارًا لِّ لْ حَرْبِ أَطْفَأَ هَا ٱللَّهُ وَ يَسْعَ وْنَ فِى ٱلْ أَرْضِ فَسَادًا وَ ٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلْ مُفْسِدِينَ
And the Jews say, "The hand of Allah is chained." Chained are their hands, and cursed are they for what they say. Rather, both His hands are extended; He spends however He wills. And that which has been revealed to you from your Lord will surely increase many of them in transgression and disbelief. And We have cast among them animosity and hatred until the Day of Resurrection. Every time they kindled the fire of war [against you], Allah extinguished it. And they strive throughout the land [causing] corruption, and Allah does not like corrupters.
60:2
إِن يَثْقَفُ و كُمْ يَكُونُ وا۟ لَ كُمْ أَعْدَآءً وَ يَبْسُطُ وٓا۟ إِلَيْ كُمْ أَيْدِيَ هُمْ وَ أَلْسِنَتَ هُم بِ ٱل سُّوٓءِ وَ وَدُّ وا۟ لَوْ تَكْفُرُ ونَ
If they gain dominance over you, they would be to you as enemies and extend against you their hands and their tongues with evil, and they wish you would disbelieve.
6:93
وَ مَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِ مَّنِ ٱفْتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا أَوْ قَالَ أُوحِىَ إِلَىَّ وَ لَمْ يُوحَ إِلَيْ هِ شَىْءٌ وَ مَن قَالَ سَ أُنزِلُ مِثْلَ مَآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ وَ لَوْ تَرَىٰٓ إِذِ ٱل ظَّٰلِمُونَ فِى غَمَرَٰتِ ٱلْ مَوْتِ وَ ٱلْ مَلَٰٓئِكَةُ بَاسِطُوٓا۟ أَيْدِي هِمْ أَخْرِجُ وٓا۟ أَنفُسَ كُمُ ٱلْ يَوْمَ تُجْزَ وْنَ عَذَابَ ٱلْ هُونِ بِ مَا كُن تُمْ تَقُولُ ونَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ غَيْرَ ٱلْ حَقِّ وَ كُن تُمْ عَنْ ءَايَٰتِ هِۦ تَسْتَكْبِرُ ونَ
And who is more unjust than one who invents a lie about Allah or says, "It has been inspired to me," while nothing has been inspired to him, and one who says, "I will reveal [something] like what Allah revealed." And if you could but see when the wrongdoers are in the overwhelming pangs of death while the angels extend their hands, [saying], "Discharge your souls! Today you will be awarded the punishment of [extreme] humiliation for what you used to say against Allah other than the truth and [that] you were, toward His verses, being arrogant."
